When I look back on my life, I see one common thread: safety.
I used to look for them in action, control and performance.
Today, I find them in peace, awareness and firmness from within. That for me is inner security.

Growing up in a family with a father struggling with alcohol addiction—and losing him just as adulthood began—taught me early on that I had to stand on my own and stay strong.

From working as a bouncer in dance clubs to leading teams, training in sales, and serving as a police inspector, I realised I was constantly chasing the rush—the adrenaline that came with every challenge. This great feeling, because it was never good enough.

In 2018, during a high-risk intervention where I was threatened with a knife and shots were fired, I believed I was strong enough to simply move on. But after the birth of my son, the mask collapsed. Years of living in chronic stress caught up with me—I was always “on,” easily triggered, unable to relax or truly enjoy life. That moment became my turning point.

Through extensive training, I discovered how profoundly our nervous system shapes our emotions, decisions, and reactions. I learned to release tension, set boundaries, and build inner security. Today, I am a different version of myself: clear, present, and free

I slowly started to quit smoking and excessive drinking, I dared to say no, and I live now from trust instead of control or this quick fix. I even pioneered Belgium’s first stress team within the police force—built on real-life experience rather than a psychology degree. Now, I bring that same practical, body-oriented, and no-nonsense approach to my work, helping others find calm without losing momentum.

My mission is clear:

I help people shift from chasing quick fixes to feel “good enough” towards cultivating true grounding and deeper self-awareness.

Did you know...

I am co-founder of the local Stress Team of the Brussels-South police zone. And this is the first in Belgium without the classical pyschology degree, but from experience in stress, trauma and regulation.

Years of experience in high-pressure environments – security, sales, and police work gave me first-hand insight into stress reactions and coping mechanisms.

Grounded yet holistic approach – spiritual at heart, but practical and people-focused. No fluff, just tangible, profound transformation.

Personal transformation – once driven by control and performance, I reversed old coping habits like excessive drinking and smoking.

Regulated nervous system in practice – every session is guided from a calm, grounded state, allowing clients to feel safe and experience natural co-regulation.

As a single mum, after a difficult period, I was at a point where I didn't even know if I would be able to rent a property on my own. Two years later, I bought my own home, built my business and created a life that really suited me.

I guide each pathway with a regulated nervous system, allowing clients to feel peace simply by being in the session, co-regulation happens naturally.

My greatest desire is for my son to develop a deep inner security, So that he never has to look for what I only found later in life.

In this 1.5-hour group session, you unload built-up tension. The session takes place in a small setting of up to 4 people.
