The RESE7 1-on-1 programme is a personal and intensive coaching for those who feel that insight alone is no longer enough. 

In this programme, we work completely tailor-made for 3 months in complete discretion. Anything shared stays between us. We take time to slow down, listen and move step by step towards sustainable change, at a pace that is right for you.

What RESE7 means to Jochen

When Jochen started RESE7, he had been working as an engineer at Toyota for 25 years and was building a secondary profession.

He knew he wanted to move forward, but was stuck internally. Doubts, insecurities and invisible blockages held him back, despite everything he had already read and listened to.

How does the process work?

1. Introduction

An initial, no-obligation conversation in which we look together at where you are stuck today and see if we are a match.

2. Stress profile analysis & baseline measurement

We create a clear picture of how you are functioning today (mentally, emotionally and physically). We map your stress and energy patterns and determine realistic goals for the next three months. We start with a baseline measurement so that progress is not only tangible, but also visible.

3. Breakthrough sessions

For 3 months, we work 1-on-1 every fortnight. In these sessions: we release stuck tension, break through automatic stress reactions, your body learns to slow down again, and space is created for different behaviour and choices.

4. Whatsapp support

Between sessions, there is continuous alignment. You can share what comes up, get support for triggers and targeted adjustment where needed. Via WhatsApp, you have access to my professional expertise.

5. Final measurement and integration interview

At the end of the process: we compare baseline measurement and final measurement, so change is not only tangible, but also visible and concrete. We review what has changed structurally, discuss how you continue to integrate this into your life and celebrate the result!

What do you experience during the process?

Why three months?
Because sustainable change takes time. The nervous system needs repetition and safety to allow new patterns to emerge. Research and experience show that habits and automatic stress responses can shift on average after ± 8 to 12 weeks when working consistently. In these three months, you shift not just mentally, but body-wise: old stress reactions are released and new, more regulated reactions are given space. This changes not only what you understand, but also how you automatically react in work, relationships and decisions.

The RESE7 method goes a step deeper: it immediately dissolves blockages in the nervous system, allowing it to be put into practice and not remain theory.

Through body-oriented techniques, breath regulation and awareness, you learn to release tension instead of just “controlling” it.

It is a guided process for people who are functioning well but find that stress and inner pressure are holding them back from growing further.

I mainly mentor conscious professionals, entrepreneurs and people in transition that function well but are constantly “on” inside.
